Leaders

Are you ready to take your team to the next level of engagement, innovation and performance?

Psychological Safety has been proven to increase employee engagement, mental health and physical safety, even learning, innovation and performance. But what is this powerful force? What are the benefits to you and your team? And how can it be strengthened?

Simply, Psychological Safety is when every member of the team is applying their greatest strengths to team success. More than 60 years of real-world research has shown that teams with higher psychological safety have better outcomes all round.

So the outcome for you as a leader of this team, is that your team will have greater:

  • physical safety
  • mental health and wellbeing
  • inclusion
  • progress in learning
  • innovation
  • employee engagement
  • and most important for responsible and accountable leaders: greatly improved performance.

Yes, PERFORMANCE! Higher psychological safety can be directly linked to your team's success, as measured by your own Objectives and Key Results (OKR).

This is a four part program, with many short video lessons, as well as quizzes and reflections to help you retain and use the knowledge in your teams immediately.

A Message from your Instructor

I have worked in teams of all sizes and at all levels in many different organisations - from multinational corporations, to the largest national businesses, and even small consulting firms. I’ve had the privilege to lead support teams, project implementation teams, sales teams, consulting teams and executive teams, across a range of industries, countries and cultures.

I have run training, facilitated workshops, led planning and strategy sessions, and also taught graduate students for more than 10 years. I have a PhD in the study of complexity and how our feelings motivate us and drive our behaviours, and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology.

And for more than a decade I’ve been helping organisations across the Asia-Pacific region power their enterprises by empowering their people.

But I’ve never seen anything like the power of psychological safety to impact the working lives and performance of teams at all levels!

I’m grateful for this opportunity to put all my experience, expertise, and specialised study and training into such a worthwhile program - one that will bring greater workplace satisfaction, improved mental and physical health, and more meaningful and connected working lives to so many people across the Asia-Pacific region.

Will you join me on this transformational journey?
